Here you will find forms for ASWA Members to use.
Expense Claim Form
Please use this expense form to submit claims relating to ASWA expenses, ensure all relevant documentation is attached to the claim e.g. Tax Invoice. Be aware that any expense over $500 will require approval of the Executive Committee. Once completed the form needs to be forwarded to the ASWA Treasurer for action.
Membership Form
Please use this form when signing up as a new member.
Tournament Templates
The template is issued as a tool that hopefully will make things easier for everyone. The template has been standardised so that the competitors will always appear as class, gender and bow type. The template also has facilities for mid tournament sub totals, grand totals and average scores over the entire shoot. Feel free to add as many rows as are needed for the number of competitors you have. The most Xs, most spots and most clouts facilities are there for OPTIONAL USE only.
The cells have not been merged as this causes problems when trying to sort for clubs, highest scores for teams trophies etc, using the relevant Excel functions.
It is recommend that all clubs begin using the template for all tournaments and especially for all those tournaments that will count towards the aggregate trophies at the end of the year (State Target; State Field; State Indoor; State Clout) Use of the Template will make the job of collating the results and allocating the awards and trophies, on tournament days and at the end of the year, much easier.
